LPCC, New Source Counseling Centers
Luke Sargent is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed with the State of Ohio, concentrating in individual, marriage, and family counseling. He has been a part of a non-profit counseling organization since 2014, where he has been operating counseling practices and serving areas in various Central, Eastern and Southern Ohio communities.
Throughout his experience, Luke has worked with a diverse population and primarily focuses on the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, marriage & relationship problems, and addictions. He is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, which is what drew him to the Hope-4-the-Wounded mission. While operating different counseling practices, Luke discovered the importance of collaborating with other helping professionals, community agencies, and local school districts to further reach and successfully treat wounded students.
Luke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2011, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2013. He lives in Canal Winchester, OH with his wife Ashlee and son Bennett, where they regularly spend time outdoors, traveling, and staying involved in their local church.
